VA SYD — water & drains
No water, a leak or a blocked sewer. Runs Lund's water and wastewater (not the kommun)
Kraftringen — energy customer service
Electricity, district heating, gas and fibre — bills and questions. Most Lund homes are warmed by district heating, which is Kraftringen, not a boiler

City car parks and street parking (payment is app-only). Also where a bike removed from around Lund C ends up — about 200 SEK to get it back

Register that you live in Sweden and get a personnummer. This is the national tax agency, not the kommun — but it's the first step for almost everything else
