Eindhoven's parking rules changed street by street through 2025, and the city files them into the national parking register rather than publishing them as a page anyone can read. This tool reads that register: type an address and you get the zone it sits in, whether you have to pay right now, what your stay will actually cost, and — if it is a permit zone — how many permits the city issues for the spaces it has.

Nothing here is copied by hand. Every hour, tariff and boundary comes from the city's own filing, so a council decision reaches this page without anyone re-typing it.

The sign at the bay is what you are ticketed against. This page shows what the city has filed in the national register, which is not always the same thing as what is painted or posted where you are standing — a loading bay, a car-share space or a temporary restriction will not appear here.

Permit zones: spaces against permits

How many spaces each permit zone has, and the maximum number of permits the city will issue for it. A zone above 1.0 issues more permits than it has spaces.

What this page cannot see

Some zones are filed with rules but no boundary — on the day this shipped, 61 of the city's 265 filed area rules had no map shape at all. If a check comes back with nothing, it means we cannot see a zone at that point, not that parking there is free. Look at the sign, or check the city's parking page.

185 zones on this page have a published boundary. 61 more are filed with rules but no boundary, so an address inside one of those will come back as “no zone found”.

Worth knowing

This is on-street parking as the city files it. Private garages, the station garages and supermarket car parks set their own prices and are not in the register.
The price shown is what the tariff works out to for the time you pick. It is not a quote: a payment app may add its own service charge, and a machine may round to the coin.
A permit ceiling is not a waiting list. "Up to 2,749 permits" is the maximum the city will issue for that zone, not how many are currently held or how long the queue is.
Addresses are found through OpenStreetMap, which occasionally puts a house number on the wrong side of a boundary. If the zone looks wrong for your street, trust the sign.
On a public holiday a few zones follow a different rule. This page shows the ordinary weekday hours, so on a holiday it may show a charge where there is none — it will not do the reverse.
