St. Augustine South is unincorporated — there's no city hall. Almost everything comes from St. Johns County, with the volunteer improvement association (SASIA) as the neighborhood's organized voice. Here are the numbers residents actually need, grouped by problem. Every number was read off the official page named in the footer on 12 July 2026; if one has stopped working, tell us with the correction link at the bottom.
