It is a plan, not a promise. Ships are added, moved and cancelled, and we read the file about once a week, so a change made in between will not show here until the next read. The port’s own page is always the last word.
Gross tonnage is a measure of a ship’s size. It is the only size figure the port publishes, so it is what the busy reading is built from, together with how many ships are in. Nobody publishes how many passengers actually come ashore, so this page does not put a number on it.
Days and times are read against the local clock in Kotor — not your phone’s, and not the server’s.
