Five tool kinds gained work this week. Tide tables can now be read in Portuguese, and rain outlooks and livestock terms-of-trade in Amharic. Paid-parking learned that a town can charge on a different timetable on Saturdays than on weekdays — before this it could only hold one daily window, which would have told drivers in Tavira to pay for five hours a week when parking was already free. Terms-of-trade can now read a market's prices from a published monthly survey instead of figures typed in by hand that quietly go out of date. We also found the same mistake in three separate tools: prices and measurements printed with a full stop where much of the world writes a comma, so a Portuguese page showed €1.20 instead of €1,20. Two are fixed and the third is written down.
The festival page had Jazzfőváros as a free city-centre event. It is neither: it runs at Domb Beach in the Benkó Zoltán leisure park out at Széktó, and it is the one ticketed festival on the list — a full pass was 29,900 Ft in 2026, 16,900 Ft for Kecskemét residents. The entry now says so and links the festival's own site instead of the city news page.
A university town's published academic year, split by modality, with today's status derived at render so it can never show a stale enrolment window. Where the published calendar contains a date that is not a real date, the tool shows the university's own wording and flags it rather than correcting or hiding it. First use: UNAN-León.
Packaging, green waste and Christmas-tree collection dates for all eight of Kecskemét's rounds, including the separate apartment-block rounds, transcribed from DTkH's own 2026 hulladéknaptár. Household mixed waste runs street by street and is not on the calendar — the page says so and links DTkH's street list.

Eight public places you can actually get to when it is too hot to be outside — the Agóra foyer, the Katona József Library, the Széktó leisure park at 100 Ft, the bath, the Arborétum, the Csalánosi park forest and the mist gates on Kossuth and Deák tér — with what is open at the minute you look. Kecskemét does name its cooling places during a heat alert, but only per alert and never as a standing page; this is the standing version, with each building's hours checked against its own site.
A página dos barcos indicava as 20:00 como último barco de regresso da Ilha de Tavira em Quatro Águas. O horário oficial em vigor desde 1 de junho de 2026 indica as 19:00. Quem contasse com a hora a mais podia ficar retido na ilha, e por isso corrigimos já. Os horários das duas travessias passaram a ser lidos dos PDF oficiais publicados pela Câmara, acrescentámos os preços da travessia do centro (que não estavam na página) e passámos a dizer com clareza que os horários de primavera e outono são uma extrapolação do horário de março, não um horário publicado.
As notas de investigação de Tavira registavam a tarifa dos parquímetros como «~€1/hora». Esse número vinha do blogue de uma empresa de aluguer de automóveis, não da Câmara, e estava errado em cerca de 43%: o regulamento fixa €0,70 por hora, tarifa única. As mesmas fontes continuam a indicar um limite de «2 ou 4 horas» que foi revogado em 2020 — hoje são 4 horas em todas as ruas tarifadas. Corrigimos as notas e passámos a citar o regulamento e a tabela de taxas publicados em Diário da República.
Se tem de pagar o parquímetro agora, em que ruas se paga, quanto tempo pode ficar e o que acontece se ficar a mais — a partir do regulamento e da tabela de taxas da Câmara. A tarifa é de €0,70 por hora, tarifa única, e o tempo máximo é de 4 horas em qualquer rua tarifada: a antiga divisão entre 2 e 4 horas foi revogada em 2020, embora continue a aparecer em muitos sítios na internet. A página sabe também que aos sábados só se paga até às 14 horas. E traz uma regra a seu favor que quase ninguém conhece: se estiverem todos os parquímetros da zona avariados, fica dispensado de pagar enquanto durar a avaria.

As preia-mares e baixa-mares previstas para hoje e para os próximos dias — úteis para a ida à ilha, para os lodaçais da ria na maré vazia e para os diques das salinas. As previsões são da estação oficial mais próxima, o porto de Ayamonte, do lado espanhol do Guadiana. A página diz com clareza o que isso implica: a água de Tavira entra pela Barra de Tavira e sobe a ria, por isso a preia-mar no cais da cidade acontece mais tarde do que na tabela. Não encontrámos nenhuma fonte que diga de quantos minutos é esse atraso, por isso não indicamos nenhum número.

Lebanon's generator tariff is a legal maximum the ministry resets every month. The checker used to carry whichever month an agent last typed in, and Beirut had been showing May's ceiling since June. It now reads the ministry's own table on every render and says which month it is showing and when the ministry issued it; the typed-in figure stays as a clearly-labelled fallback for when the ministry cannot be reached.
Winter by winter, how many chill hours the mountain gave the trees, and how many days it froze between mid-March and mid-May. Counted from the weather record for the village's own altitude, ten seasons at a time. It is a count of hours, not advice about anyone's orchard.
Put in what you used and see what the bill should be at the official maximum, then compare it with what your operator charges. The figure is read from the Ministry of Energy and Water's own table each time the page is built, with the date the ministry issued it printed underneath. Bekaa Kafra sits at about 1,800 m, so the page uses the highland rate the ministry allows above 700 m rather than asking you to know that.
Nobody counts the crowd here as it happens. Tap a place — the Binnenpad, the Dorpsgracht, the car parks on the Beulakerweg — to say whether it is quiet, busy or packed, and see what other people have said in the last few hours. Reading it needs no account; adding to it needs you signed in.
Put in a postcode and house number and the page reads ROVA's own service for that address. Two houses a few doors apart in Giethoorn can be on completely different rounds — along the water the collection comes by boat, on the roads what is left over goes to a container — so the address is the whole answer. If ROVA has your address but no collections at the door, the page says that plainly instead of showing a blank.

Der hat eigene Termine, und die Seite verweist darauf.
Die Seite zeigt, wie viele Plätze in den Karlsruher Parkhäusern gerade frei sind — Schlossplatz, Ettlinger Tor, Kronenplatz, Marktplatz und die übrigen des Parkleitsystems. Die Zahlen kommen alle paar Minuten aus den Zählanlagen der Stadt. Wichtig ist, was die Seite nicht behauptet. Meldet eine Anlage eine Störung, ist ihre Zahl nicht verlässlich — dann steht dort «Sensorstörung» und keine Zahl, statt einer Null, die Sie im Kreis fahren ließe. Dasselbe gilt für veraltete Messungen und für Parkhäuser ohne Zählanlage: Bei denen steht die Größe, aber keine Live-Zahl. Reading Festival runs 27–30 August at Richfield Avenue. This page is written first for people who live here and did not buy a ticket: the hours the site is open, the roads and river paths that close, where cars are sent to drop off, and the numbers for noise and litter. Two things are not published yet, and the page says so rather than filling the gap. Reading Borough Council publishes the road closures about a week before the festival — it did so on 14 August in 2024, 17 August in 2023 and 16 August in 2022 — so what you see now is what the council closed in 2024, labelled with that year on every line, kept only to show the shape of the weekend. It disappears the moment this year's list exists. Set times are not out either; the festival releases those about a week before. Underneath, the line-up: 100 acts, which day and which stage.
Type your postcode, pick your address, and the page shows the real collection dates for every bin — food waste weekly, grey and red on alternate weeks, garden waste on its own round. Nothing is guessed: the dates come from Reading Borough Council's service each time you look. You can add your email for a reminder the evening before. It is only ever the evening before, because the council asks for bins to be out by 6am and brings the rounds forward to 5am in hot weather — a reminder on the morning itself would reach you too late to do anything with. The food waste container is named the way the council names it: a black 23-litre bin, not the small kitchen caddy, which is not emptied if you leave it at the kerb. Glass and textiles are not collected at the door in Reading; they go to a bring bank or to Island Road.
The page was still leading with when your street gets plowed. Air quality, the street board and the water bill are pinned for now; the plow tiers come back in November and the river gauge in March.
5th Avenue NW and 1st Avenue SE join the board while the Infrastructure Renewal water-main work is open, and Coteau Street West's note is rewritten. CAA Saskatchewan paused its Worst Roads ranking for 2026, so the page cites the 2025 list as the most recent rather than the current one.
The Moose Jaw River barely moves outside the spring melt: 0.002 m³/s on average last August against 6.7 in April. A flow of 0.0 in July is the river behaving normally, not a broken feed, and the page now says so.
The Air Quality Health Index for right now and the hours ahead, with Environment Canada's advice for at-risk people and for everyone else. Moose Jaw has no monitoring station of its own, so the reading comes from Regina, 66 km east — the same station the local news quotes — and the page says so plainly.
Two additions any town can now use. A train-status kind reads a rail operator's own live tracker — where the train is, how far behind, and the operator's service notices shown exactly as written — built for towns where the train is the only way in. And Poland's national weather service, IMGW-PIB, is now read directly rather than through the European aggregator, which publishes no map areas for Poland at all; warnings are matched on the town's own district code instead of a name that could quietly change.

Blizzard, extreme cold, winter storm and wind warnings as Environment Canada issues them, with a plain note on what each one means here — an extreme cold warning goes out near -45 wind chill, and a blizzard warning is about visibility rather than snowfall.
Where the train actually is right now, how far behind it is running, and anything VIA has posted about it — read from VIA Rail's own tracker every few minutes. It also says when the tracker has gone quiet, because most of this line has no cellular signal and a long gap is normal rather than a stopped train. On the morning it went live, the northbound train was an hour and a half down and VIA had cancelled the Winnipeg-to-Thompson leg after washouts; both were on the page.
Every town whose weather-alerts page reads a national met service can now offer email signup, so you hear about a warning instead of having to remember to check. You get one email per warning, and a warning that is still running the next hour does not email you again. If our source is unreachable we send nothing rather than guess.

A travessia para Maxixe é o que a cidade pergunta todos os dias e ninguém publica, por isso começámos por aí: um quadro de vizinhos para dizer se há barco, a previsão de vento sobre a baía, e como se embarca e quanto custa desde Maio de 2026. Há ainda os avisos do INAM para Inhambane, ciclones e cheias, um quadro da água por bairro, uma calculadora do Credelec e os contactos úteis.
Until today the tools on a town page were written in the town's language but everything around them was in English: the menu, the town switcher, the footer and the 'skip to content' link. On the 80 towns and 578 tool pages that aren't English, that meant the answer was in your language and every way out of it wasn't. All of that now reads in the town's language. The town switcher also matches country names in your language, so searching for Allemagne finds the same places as searching for Germany. The pages those links lead to — the town directory, this changelog, the request form — are still in English for now; the request form is next.
The Kansas Legal Services entry gave the Wichita number. There is an office at 701 E. Comanche in Dodge City, covering Ford County and 21 others in southwest Kansas — that number, 620-227-7349, is now the one on the page. The district's central office has been added too, for enrollment questions.
Both pages were English-only while the town's other five tools were bilingual. Everything on them — the explanations, the notes, the warnings about what the federal record cannot tell you — now reads in English and Spanish.
The water record described the two wells that were shut off but not the part a parent needed: on 16 March the city asked families not to give tap water to babies under six months, said bathing was fine and that anyone older could drink it, and lifted the advisory on the 17th after a re-test at 6.42 mg/L. That is now on the page, with the city's own numbers.
The drought page and the water record both said the city pumps from about 29 wells. The Water Division publishes 21, and the March 2026 nitrate notice agrees exactly — two wells shut off, nineteen still running. Both pages now say 21.
Is there school today, and when is the next day off? USD 443 publishes three calendars and they do not line up: elementary, middle and high school go back on 18 August, while Bright Beginnings starts on the 21st and finishes five days earlier in May. The high school also keeps its own conference days. Every date comes from the district's board-approved calendar, in English and Spanish.
Towns in Mozambique now show the official warnings issued by INAM, the national meteorological institute, filtered to the alerts whose own polygon covers the town — so a warning for the southern coast does not appear in Quelimane, and a calm page is a verified calm rather than an empty one. INAM publishes on the same public CAP channel as Malawi's DCCMS, so the two share their parsing exactly. Also new: a cyclone and flood watch built on GDACS, the European Commission and UN disaster alert system, which carries the season calendar and the town's own exposure whether or not anything is running.

A cidade tem agora página própria, em português: os avisos oficiais do INAM filtrados para Quelimane, uma página de ciclones e cheias, e dois quadros que os próprios moradores mantêm — quem está sem água do FIPAG e onde a energia está em baixo, bairro a bairro. Mais os números que se procuram quando alguma coisa acontece. É a primeira cidade moçambicana da plataforma, com Chimoio.

New tool kind: a distribution network's live outage list, filtered to one town by the localities and postcodes it names and by whether the outage's mapped area actually covers the town — with the utility's own restoration wording printed as written, never turned into a time it did not promise. Also: bin pages printed lid colours twice, once from the town's checked facts and once from a built-in list of colours that assumed one country's scheme. The town's own facts now win, and a test keeps the two from ever disagreeing again.

Non è un'allerta: l'allerta è un'altra cosa, ed è linkata in alto.
Our notes said general waste was collected weekly and that there was no FOGO bin. Both were wrong — they came from a regional waste page that is out of date. Council's own pages and Council's own collection map say general waste is fortnightly and FOGO exists, and the new bin page follows those. One thing is still unsettled: Council's general-waste page calls it the green-lid bin while the FOGO page and Council's A-Z guide give green to FOGO, so the page says so rather than picking one.
Collection is Friday, and all three bins are fortnightly: general waste and FOGO one week, recycling the next. The page works out which Friday is next, and links Council's own address lookup for anyone outside the township.
It reads TasNetworks' own outage list and shows anything that covers Stanley first — where it is, how many homes it affects, what the crew is doing, and TasNetworks' own words on when they expect the power back — then the rest of the North-West underneath. It never says your power is on: an outage nobody has reported isn't on the list, so the number to ring is on the page whether the list is full or empty.
