The shared linkifier only recognized phone numbers starting with +, 0, or the North American 3-3-4 grouping, so an 8-digit number written as two groups of four — Costa Rica's format, and Hong Kong's and Singapore's — rendered as dead text. Added that shape with a year-range guard so a season like "2020-2024" still reads as plain text, not a phone number.

On waste, parking and school-meal pages some phone numbers were printed as plain text, so on a phone you had to memorise them instead of tapping to call. They are now links, on every town running those tools.
Some cities publish their pharmacy rota as a feed, one day at a time. Others publish it once a year, as an annex to a council ordinance — a PDF of every week, printed in December. The new page reads that kind of calendar: which pharmacies hold this week's continuous turn, grouped by district, and which ones are open through the night. First use: Genoa, where the night pair never changes and a third of residents are over sixty.

The existing frost tool reads the air temperature, which is the right question in a temperate town and the wrong one on a tropical plateau: on the Nilgiris the air stayed above 6 °C through all of last winter while the ground surface fell to 0.6 °C on the night growers lost crops. The new kind reads the temperature of the ground itself, bands only on the published freezing line, and states in plain words that a frost hollow runs colder than the point it reads. Also fixed: a Korean air quality page now cites 에어코리아's own index instead of the US EPA's, and an English clause that appeared on every non-English air page when the feed was down.
Shawville, Québec now has two pages about the one road it has to the city: whether Route 148 is open, and in winter what its surface is like, stretch by stretch. Both read the provincial transport ministry's own open data, so any Québec town can have them now. The ministry publishes its road notices in French only — the type of restriction is translated, and the ministry's own wording is left exactly as published rather than reworded into an English notice it never wrote. Pärnu, Estonia has a page answering a question its sea-level page could not: type an address and it says which of the four official flood scenarios reaches it, from the flood expected about once a decade to the one expected about once in a thousand years. An address outside the mapped area is told exactly that, rather than being told no flood reaches it. We also added a check for something nothing was watching: a page whose list of dates has quietly run out. A parking page listing this year's public holidays keeps passing every check after the last one goes by — the list is not empty, it just holds nothing that is still true. Across the site 22 such lists run out within six months. Holiday lists for Coimbra, Košice and Giethoorn now run through 2027. Also fixed: three rain pages were reading the weather between 444 and 777 metres from the place they named; phone numbers and email addresses written inside a sentence are now tappable wherever they appear, including two days before the Shawville Fair; and contact details that had been researched and stored but silently dropped — four street addresses, an email and two 24-hour duty lines — now appear on the pages they belong to.
The safety block on The sea off Tyre said the water here is cold all year. It is not — the sea off Tyre was close to 30°C the day this was fixed. The sentence came from the way the page was originally built for a colder coast. It has been removed, and the page still warns about cold water wherever the temperature it reads is actually low.
When no warning is in force, these pages said so twice before showing anything else. They now say it once, with the time the forecaster's feed was read, and the wind reading moves up onto the first screen on a phone. Affects the 60 towns with a weather warnings page.
service-line-lookup reads a water system's published lead service line inventory for one address, showing the two halves of the pipe separately — because the published one-word summary hides which half is which, and it is often the half on your own property that matters. park-entry-slots reads live timed-entry availability at a capacity-controlled park and works out the days admission is free. Both are generic: any US water system on the EPA inventory template, and any of the thirteen Costa Rican protected areas the national booking system sells. Also fixed: a phone number in the provenance footer of three existing tool kinds was plain text nobody could tap.

Two changes across the site. Parking tools can carry a town's concession scheme as a proper list — grouped by what you get, so you can find yourself in it instead of reading a paragraph. And towns in Montenegro now format figures the way the country does (1.234,50 rather than 1,234.50), the same fix Iceland and Estonia already had.
Set how often you drive west to Herceg Novi, and your own car, and the page works out what each way costs on this week's fuel price. The answer is not the one most people expect: from Kotor the ferry saves 13.6 km — about €1.60 of petrol — and charges €5.00 a car each way to do it, so the road through Perast and Risan is the cheaper way. What the crossing buys is roughly twelve minutes, and only on a day without a queue. The often-repeated 'the ferry saves you thirty kilometres' is a Tivat figure, and the page says so.

Alerts are now ordered by what they do to your trip, and lifts and escalators sit together under their own heading with a count, one tap away. The rnv page in Heidelberg and the Mont-Blanc Express page in Chamonix also now read in German and French throughout, instead of switching to English for the line labels.

The new page reads the temperature of the ground itself, night by night for the next week, and says what the air reading cannot show you.

Kecskemét and Ura are Hungarian towns whose pages were served in English, because the site had no Hungarian. Kecskemét's own research has recorded high Hungarian monolingualism since its first pass, so twelve tools between the two towns — the bin calendar, the parking tariff, the road board residents are asked to type into — were being read by people the research says may not read them. Hungarian is now a supported language: the navigation, the source lines, the status badges, the correction form, the town page and the emails are all translated, and both towns have been moved onto it.

The page also carries load reduction — the separate cuts Eskom makes to overloaded local networks between 05:00 and 09:00 and between 17:00 and 22:00, whatever the stage — because "no load shedding" is not a promise your lights will stay on. Thirteen areas Eskom lists but publishes no times for are in the picker anyway, so you get a plain answer instead of not finding your area; and five names Eskom's list has no row for at all — Kliptown, Mzimhlophe, White City, Phefeni and Rockville — are named on the page with the nearest area Eskom does carry.

Most pages here answer a question about time — when the bins go out, when the market is on, whether the car park is free right now — and every one of those answers depends on the town's own time zone being recorded correctly. Nothing was checking it: a misspelling would have been accepted, and the page would then have shown the wrong day without any sign that anything was amiss. Every town's zone is now verified against its own map position, and a wrong one can no longer be saved in the first place. All 258 towns that keep one checked out.
France's four-colour vigilance now feeds the weather-warnings tool directly from Meteo-France, rather than through a re-publisher. It keeps the hours a warning actually covers instead of flattening a day to one colour, and carries the bulletin's own wording where there is one. Live for Chamonix-Mont-Blanc and Eguisheim.
Wave height, swell period, wind across the beach and water temperature, read fresh and looking six days ahead. It is one reading for the whole run of landing beaches, because the model's grid is about nine kilometres across and a separate number per beach would look more precise than the data is. It is a model, not a measurement, and there is no wave buoy off Cape Coast.

Pärnu's flood risk is a winter one. The bay is shallow, the town is flat, and a January storm pushes the sea up over ground that is dry all summer — so how far the water comes depends entirely on where you are standing. The sea-level page tells you how high the water is right now. It cannot tell you what that means at your own address. Type an address and this reads Estonia's official flood hazard maps for that point: which of the four scenarios reach it, from the flood expected about once in ten years to the one expected about once in a thousand. The difference across the town is large. The harbour end is inside all four. The main pedestrian street is inside only the rarest. The eastern approaches are in none of them. The levels are given in metres in the EH2000 height system — the same scale the sea-level page uses for its warning steps, so the two can be read together. What the maps show is water standing at a given height laid over the ground, not a forecast of a particular storm: they leave out how porous the ground is, how much rain falls and which way the wind blows. And an address outside the mapped area is told exactly that, rather than being told no flood reaches it. The maps are the Climate Ministry's and the Environment Agency's, published under the EU Floods Directive. The address search is the Land Board's.
Whether the 148 is open and what it is like to drive are different questions, and in a Pontiac winter the second one is the daily decision. This page reads the ministry's patrol reports for the four stretches between Fort-Coulonge and Hull — bare, wet, snow-covered, packed or icy — with visibility beside each. It is out of season today, and says so. The ministry reports from 15 October to 15 April; outside those dates it sends almost nothing and the last reading of the spring simply stays on the feed. So until mid-October the page shows where each stretch was left in April, dated, and will not present that as today's road. One caveat that stays true all winter: Bryson to Pontiac is about thirty kilometres in a single row, and Pontiac to Aylmer over forty. One reading covers the whole of each, so a slick corner in the hills at Bristol can sit inside a stretch reading bare and wet — which, below zero, is the reading to watch.
Shawville has one road to Ottawa-Gatineau and no rail on this side of the river, so a closure on the 148 is not a longer drive — it means crossing at Portage-du-Fort or Chenaux and going in on Highway 17. This reads the transport ministry's own notices and keeps only the ones on Route 148 between Fort-Coulonge and Hull. Most days it will say the road is open and nothing is reported, which is the feed working rather than the feed broken. Two things worth knowing. Village streets and Route 303 are the municipality's and the MRC's to announce, not the ministry's, so nothing about them reaches this page. And the ministry writes these notices in French only — the type of restriction and its cause are translated, but the location and detour wording is left exactly as published, because inventing an English notice the ministry never wrote would be worse than showing you its own.

The holiday list behind this page ended on 26 December 2026. The 2027 dates are now in, from the government's own list of official public holidays, and the note under them says so instead of saying "these are the 2026 dates". Koningsdag 2027 falls on Tuesday 27 April — not a Sunday, so it does not shift.
The page's holiday list stopped on 6 January 2027, so from that date it would have charged you for parking on days that are free. The 2027 Slovak days of rest are now in, taken from the government's own list. Two of them are worth knowing about: 8 May and 15 September were suspended for 2026 only, under a temporary provision of Act 241/1993, and they are days of rest again in 2027. The page had them correctly missing for 2026 and correctly present for 2027.

El punto bajó unos 630 m hacia el norte, a 3.309 m, sobre esa ladera. No se cambió ni una palabra del texto, porque el texto ya describía bien el lugar.

Tools that read live official data — weather warnings, river levels, air quality, bus and train boards, road conditions and nine more — used to end with the date a person last checked the source, which made minutes-old warnings look a month old. Those pages now say "Updated automatically" above that date. Pages built from information we researched by hand are unchanged: there, the check date is still the honest answer.
The page told you to find the trash-day map from the Solid Waste page. It now links the map itself, which covers 45,269 addresses — one tap instead of three.
South Bend Water Works has to keep a record of what every water service line in the city is made of. This reads it live: the part under the street and the part on your property, shown separately, with how the city knows. For 70% of addresses nobody has established the material yet, and the page says what that means and what you can do about it — including the five-minute survey that turns an unknown into an answer, and the free lead test of your tap water.
Two things were wrong with this page. It listed 13 of Kingston Transit's 31 routes. Everything else was invisible — including Route 2, which had four live alerts, Route 7 with three, and Routes 31 and 32 to Providence Care Hospital. Every route the agency runs is now on the page, and a route with nothing under it genuinely has no alert in the feed. The other was worse. Kingston Transit's feed publishes a wordless twin of each alert: an entry naming the out-of-service stop numbers and carrying no description at all. Rendered as a sentence, twelve of those read "No service — since 2 December" under routes that were running perfectly normally. Route 11's card was nothing but two of them. Those entries now say what they actually mean — which stops are out, by number — and the page keeps "No service" for an alert the agency has scoped to a whole route. Alert times also printed a doubled full stop ("5:00 a.m.."), which is fixed.
