One reads a national open dataset that publishes many communes' collection calendars street by street, so a town's page answers 'when is my street's collection' without sending your address anywhere. The other reports what a state's own monitors measure falling on a town beside an industrial site.
Four tools had reached the site with no component behind them, each showing visitors a 'being set up' placeholder for days. The cause was a --force flag that skipped the registry check and the config check with it. It now waives only a config that no longer matches its schema, never a missing tool kind.

The low places that go under in heavy rain, what happens at each one, which rainy season it is right now, and what the weather model expects over the next few days. It is not a flood warning — those still come from the mountain spotters and the radio, and the page puts that first. It sits alongside Rain on the Mountains, which answers a different question: how much is falling upstream.
Put in your roof size and how many people are in the house, and it works out how much rain that roof could catch in a typical year, how many jerrycans of bought water that stands in for, and roughly how long a tank would last. The rainfall figures are model estimates for the town, not a gauge in Kasese, and the page says so. Rain off a roof is not drinking water until it is treated.
Some towns cap how long you may leave a car in a zone at all — Rijeka allows two hours in its two central zones. Parking tools now show that limit beside the rate, and the cost calculator flags a stay that runs past it instead of quietly quoting a price for a stay you are not allowed to make.

The new page reads the weather model at the head of the Sabu and Leh catchments and at the two places their water arrives, with the words set to Leh's own scale rather than a monsoon town's. It is not a flood warning, and it says so.
