When the light goes out, the first question is always the same: is it just my house, or is it the whole street? The published outage schedules cannot answer that. They cover the planned hourly queues (черги) — and as of late July 2026 those have not been applied here for weeks. A fault outage is not on any schedule at all.

Reports fade off the board after eight hours, so it shows what is happening now, not last week. Reading it needs nothing; reporting needs you to be signed in, which is what keeps it honest.

How this works
The distribution operator's call centre is free and answers around the clock — it is the only place a fault actually gets logged and a crew sent. Reporting it here does not report it to them. The same number on a standard line is (0342) 59-40-20.
The town's water pumps run on the same grid, so a long outage can mean dry taps as well as dark rooms. The municipal water utility (ВУВКГ) is on (03434) 2-27-63.
