Six home Saturdays a year, Starkville roughly doubles in size for a day. Everything on this page hangs off one number — the kick-off hour — and Mississippi State publishes rules rather than times: roads close so many hours before kick-off, lots open at a fixed hour depending on when the game starts. Most of the season that hour has not been set yet. When it is, the times below are worked out from it automatically.

Every lot is cashless and a card processing fee is added. Passes go on sale at 8 a.m. on the Monday of game week at hailstate.com/tickets. A conference game is the more expensive of the two columns. Grass-lot sales depend on the weather, so a grass lot can be withdrawn from sale.

Shuttles keep running until two hours after the final whistle. There is no clock time for that, because nobody knows in advance when a game will end.
Disability carts run the same window as the shuttles: from four hours before kick-off until two hours after the game ends.
Mississippi Horse Park
Reserved hook-up lots 34 and 38 open at 10 a.m. on the Friday of a football weekend, and no unauthorised vehicle may enter them after 3 p.m. on the Thursday — anything still there at 5 p.m. is relocated. RV lot 29, at the Scales Building, also opens at 10 a.m. on the Friday before game day. Public RV parking is at the Mississippi Horse Park south of campus, and a transit service runs from there to Newell-Grissom.
SMART runs continuous service Monday to Saturday, Gameday included, from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. or until two hours after the end of the game, whichever is later.

Kick-off times are set by the television networks a few weeks out, one game at a time, and until then the university's own calendar carries the date with no time on it. Nothing on this page can be worked out until that happens — so rather than guess, it shows the rules the times will come from. Check back once the time is announced and the whole day will be filled in.
