Getting your leaves picked up

Rake to the tree lawn, not into the street

Leaves need to be raked to the tree lawn — the strip between the sidewalk and the street — and not into the street, by 6 a.m. on your scheduled date.

Leaves only

Leaves need to be free of sticks, trash and other debris, or they may not be collected.

Keep cars off the pile

Cars should not be parked on top of or in front of leaf piles. It stops the crews reaching them.

No need to call

You don’t have to call or sign up to get a pickup. Crews go street by street through each zone, and every date is weather permitting.

Two rounds

Crews pass through every zone once, then come back for a second round. Last fall the city published the first round’s dates at the end of October and announced the second round at the end of November, so the second round may show as not set yet.

Burning leaves is not allowed

Burning leaves is against city ordinance.

How to read this

Every date is the city’s estimate. Crews work weather permitting, and the city may change a date — the live tracker is where changes appear first.

The notes under an address are what crews recorded against it, in the city’s own words. They are updated as crews work, so check again after your date rather than relying on this page the night before.

The address you type is used for one search and is not stored. This page shows only the address, zone, dates and crew notes — never who owns the property.
