Mahone Bay runs its own electric utility, so when the lights go here it's the Town you call, not Nova Scotia Power. This board is neighbours checking in with each other — it doesn't reach the utility. To report a fault, or to ask about a planned outage, use the Town's line below. How this works
During office hours, call Town Hall on 902-624-8327. Evenings, weekends and holidays (4:30 pm to 8:30 am), the after-hours utility emergency line is 902-543-3251. Planned outages for reliability work are posted on the Town of Mahone Bay Facebook page. There is no live outage map — the Town is the place to report a fault.
