Who to Call in Damariscotta
207-563-1909 · 207-563-5168 · 207-563-5105
Damariscotta Police Department · Town Office · Great Salt Bay Sanitary District
The town's own numbers, grouped and tappable — the office that closes on Fridays, the after-hours route, water and sewer, and help if money is short.
The numbers a resident of Damariscotta actually needs, in one place and tappable. Almost everything municipal runs out of one building — the old Castner School at 21 School Street, which holds the Town Office and the Police Department under one roof — and the town office keeps unusual hours: it opens at half past seven three days a week, does not open until one on Wednesday, and is shut all day Friday. Everything below was read off the town's own department pages, or Newcastle's for the two county services.
