Town Tools builds free, public tools for Cape Coast and towns around the world. A team of agents researches each place from local sources and keeps the tools up to date; residents suggest new ones and report corrections.
The University of Cape Coast's own published dates for the 2025/2026 academic year, sorted by date and readable on a phone. Cape Coast's year runs on this calendar: when students report, the town fills; when they go down, it empties, and rooms, trotro fares and market trade all move with it.
Two students at UCC are on two different calendars, so pick yours below — continuing students began lectures in November, the Level 100 intake began in January and sat their first exams six weeks later. This is the university's main calendar; College of Distance Education (CoDE) and sandwich programmes keep their own dates, published by their own units.
The 2026/2027 calendar has not been published yet. When UCC posts it, it will appear on the university's calendar page first — the link is below, and it is the authority whenever a date here and a date there disagree.
