The Soo's signature events sit with a handful of separate organizers — Bon Soo, Rotary, the Greyhounds, the Agawa Canyon Tour Train and the city's culture calendar. This keeps the recurring fixtures and seasonal series in one place, each linked to the page it was checked on. A festival appears here as its dates come near and drops off once it has passed; where next year's dates aren't announced yet, the entry says so rather than guessing. For anything not listed, the calendars at the bottom are the place to look.

Canal District station, 87 Huron Street
A day-long rail excursion north into the Algoma wilderness, with a stop of about 90 minutes in the canyon, at its best for fall colours. The 2026 season departs from the Canal District station on Huron Street as usual: the announced move to the Carmen's Way rail yard was called off in the spring after the operator extended its lease downtown.
