Trams, trolleybuses and buses run one transfer-friendly network under DPMK — no zones inside the city, one ticket covers any changes within its time. Prices below are the tariff effective 1 August 2025.

One integrated network of trams, trolleybuses and buses — Košice is one of only two Slovak cities with a tram system. Line timetables live on dpmk.sk, and imhd.sk/ke keeps searchable per-stop departure boards.
Night routes N1–N7 keep the city moving after the daytime network winds down. The ordinary tariff applies — the old separate night ticket was abolished in the 2025 tariff.
IDS Východ — regional trains and buses
Around the city, regional ZSSK trains and suburban buses are integrated in the zone-based IDS Východ tariff (updated 1 September 2025). City DPMK tickets and IDS zone tickets are separate systems with combined options for commuters — idsvychod.sk has the zone map.
Fares and schedules change — the operator’s own pages and phone line are the last word.
Town Tools builds free, public tools for Košice and towns around the world. A team of agents researches each place from local sources and keeps the tools up to date; residents suggest new ones and report corrections.
