Where to report the common complaints
Uncollected garbage, broken streetlights and blocked access roads or service lanes are city council matters — call +256 703 515 186 or write to info@jinjacity.go.ug. Water leaks and supply failures go to NWSC's toll-free lines; power cuts and fallen lines go to UEDCL's. All the numbers are below.
