Two kinds built for Luxembourg and reusable anywhere the same shape of data exists. One reads a national open dataset that publishes many communes' collection calendars street by street, so a town's page answers 'when is my street's collection' without sending your address anywhere. The other reports what a state's own monitors measure falling on a town beside an industrial site.
Four tools had reached the site with no component behind them, each showing visitors a 'being set up' placeholder for days. The cause was a --force flag that skipped the registry check and the config check with it. It now waives only a config that no longer matches its schema, never a missing tool kind.
Every country eventually redraws its smallest tier of government, and the same person is left standing in the same doorway — the commune on their papers no longer exists and nobody has told them which office handles their file now. The new admin-reform kind answers that from a table of the reform itself: former name in, current unit and its offices out. First use is Hội An after Vietnam's 2025 reorganisation. The whole dataset sits in the page, so the search runs in the reader's browser and nothing they type is sent anywhere.

It is rebuilt: all 64 benefits, filterable by category and by whether they are in town or elsewhere in the region, and a calculator that works out what a year's use would come to. Nothing you type is saved or sent anywhere.

Around 220 places on the site still printed figures the American way — 1,240 where much of the world writes 1.240, and 1'240 in Switzerland. River levels, flood stages, reservoir volumes, park fees and council tax bills now use the convention of the country your town is in, so a number reads the way you'd write it. A new automated check keeps the old way from creeping back.
The four questions the July research left open all had a 1 August deadline. Checked: the entry fee still has no fixed rate, the Old Munnar fissure has had no published update since 9 July, the traffic regime was never confirmed in operation, and the Rajamala booking site is unchanged. What turned up instead was the district's rain emergency, and the fact that its orders follow the same shape every monsoon.
The aid & recovery navigator rendered a resident's chosen path in the browser only, so with JavaScript off — an old phone, a throttled connection — the page carried the warnings and the links but none of the steps, papers, offices or appeal windows. Every path is now sent with the page and the picker only narrows it down. This affects Munnar's certificates guide and Khiam's recovery navigator.
The park is open — it reopened on 1 April after the tahr calving closure — and booking is time-slotted now rather than from some future August. No monsoon closure has been reported, but Rajamala is a walk-up hill site on a restricted road, so the page says to confirm on the day.
The page used to speak to a reader standing before 1 August: ask the panchayat before then, the rules take effect then. The date has passed and nothing has been published confirming the weekend bus transfer, the Post Office Junction one-way or the parking bans actually started — or saying they were deferred. The page now says exactly that, and the entry fee is still recorded as proposed, with no rate and no final list of check posts.
On 1 August the Idukki collector banned night travel on the hill roads from 7 pm to 6 am while the red alert stands, asked people to avoid non-essential travel into the district, and closed the DTPC sites, the boating and the trekking. Those orders now appear on the weather warnings, the road pages and the arrival planner — with the point that nobody publishes a notice when they are lifted, so the day's alert is what to check.
Tick what you plan to do — a DTPC tour, boating at Mattupetty or Old Munnar, an Eravikulam ticket, a cycle — and the page adds up the district administration's own published rates, last updated 8 June 2026. It also says plainly what nobody publishes: there is no official taxi, jeep or auto tariff for Munnar, and the prepaid counter announced in June has not been reported as open. The proposed entry fee is left out of every total until a rate is actually fixed.
River tools can now read Luxembourg's national flood service, which publishes measurements, official warning levels and its own forecast under CC0 — the forecast renders as a forecast, never as a reading. A new border-calendar kind puts two countries' public holidays side by side for towns whose streets run across a national line, reading each country's own open publication.

The low places that go under in heavy rain, what happens at each one, which rainy season it is right now, and what the weather model expects over the next few days. It is not a flood warning — those still come from the mountain spotters and the radio, and the page puts that first. It sits alongside Rain on the Mountains, which answers a different question: how much is falling upstream.
Put in your roof size and how many people are in the house, and it works out how much rain that roof could catch in a typical year, how many jerrycans of bought water that stands in for, and roughly how long a tank would last. The rainfall figures are model estimates for the town, not a gauge in Kasese, and the page says so. Rain off a roof is not drinking water until it is treated.
Some towns cap how long you may leave a car in a zone at all — Rijeka allows two hours in its two central zones. Parking tools now show that limit beside the rate, and the cost calculator flags a stay that runs past it instead of quietly quoting a price for a stay you are not allowed to make.

It includes the three places the zone maps do not: the market streets charged on Sunday mornings, Tržnica Zamet charged only from 15:00, and the two-hour limit in Zones 0 and 0A.

Weather warnings, rain above town and the pass and road reports board now sit at the top. Snow on the Passes moves down to the list until the season turns.
The district's Important Contact Details page lists SNM Hospital as 01982-252014; the number the tool carried, 252012, reaches the Chief Medical Officer's office. Both are now listed under the right names, the round-the-clock District Control Room (01982-257416) and the Police Control Room have been added, and the PHE entry no longer mixes one engineer's phone with another's email.
Leh's floods are made upstream: on 5–6 August 2010 the town gauge read 12.8 mm while debris flows destroyed Choglamsar. The new page reads the weather model at the head of the Sabu and Leh catchments and at the two places their water arrives, with the words set to Leh's own scale rather than a monsoon town's. It is not a flood warning, and it says so.
Residents told us the same thing in the research: there is no single place to look something up. Notices are spread across the municipality site, Facebook groups and national news. This is the first small piece of an answer — the numbers you need when something is wrong. Everything on the page came from the service's own official website, read on 1 August 2026, and every card links back to the page it came from: 112 and the ambulance number 127, the local police operations room, the border police at Kakavijë, Ujësjellës Kanalizime Gjirokastër, the OSHEE call centre and the Gjirokastër counter, the regional hospital, the municipality's contact for information and complaints, and the Regional Directorate of Cultural Heritage — the office to call before touching a house in the protected zone. Some numbers are missing, and the page says so rather than guessing. Spitali Rajonal Gjirokastër publishes no switchboard number. The municipality publishes no general line — only its designated contact for information requests. The bus station publishes nothing at all. A wrong number on a page like this is worse than a gap, so we left the gaps. If the water is off, the Water Status page is still the faster way to see whether it is your building or the neighbourhood. This page is for reaching the utility itself.

Since Copley Hospital closed its Birthing Center on 1 November 2025, there is nowhere in Lamoille County to have a baby — a birth now means Berlin, about 25 miles from the village, or Burlington, about 36. Nine months earlier Lamoille Health moved its Stowe family-medicine practice on Mountain Road to Morrisville, leaving the pharmacy as the only Lamoille Health service still in town. Two changes, both easy to hear about second-hand and hard to find written down in one place. So the new tool is a plain map of where care is. Pick what you need — a baby coming, a cold, a broken bone, a mental-health crisis, a prescription — and it shows where to go, best answer first, with the phone number, the address and the drive. Under that sits the list of every place with what it can do and, just as important, what it cannot: Copley's emergency room is open around the clock and treats broken bones and heart attacks, and does not deliver babies; the Women's Center still does gynecology and will transfer your records to whichever birthing hospital you pick; Green Mountain Birth & Wellness, opened in Morrisville this June by midwives from the closed birthing center, does prenatal and postpartum care but not births. A life-threatening emergency means 911, and that line sits above everything else on the page, including the introduction. The page says where services are; it cannot tell anyone how serious their problem is, and it says so. Every name, address, phone number, opening time and service was read off the organizations' own pages on 1 August 2026; the miles and minutes come from OpenStreetMap routing on an empty road, so add time for Mountain Road on a weekend and for winter.
Port Fairy has no train and no secondary school, so the Route 8 bus is how a lot of people get to the high school, the base hospital and the shops. The tool shows the whole published timetable both ways, worked against the clock, plus the fares and the traps: on a weekday the last bus out leaves at 15:05 and the last bus home leaves Warrnambool at 18:00, and on Saturday and Sunday the last bus home leaves before the last bus out even gets there. Times and fares come from the Victorian Government's own published data, checked on 1 August 2026.

Lire la page ne demande rien. Répondre ou voter demande un compte gratuit — c'est ce qui garde la liste honnête. Les habitants répondent aux questions ; ils n'en ajoutent pas, et c'est voulu. La page commence vide. Elle ne vaudra que ce que les voisins y mettront.
Three of the five earthquake feeds we read — Earthquakes Canada, the Icelandic Met Office and the EMSC — publish no felt-intensity value at all. The shaking column was reading that silence as "likely not felt", which stated as fact something the data never claimed; a magnitude 4.5 sixty kilometres away is often felt. Those feeds now read "not reported". Affects Tofino, Selfoss, Baños and Gjirokastër.
What the ground has actually been doing near town over the last month, read live from the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre's catalogue, with the fault story behind it and the official channels — IGEO, AKMC and 112. It is a record of what happened, not a warning: nobody can predict earthquakes.
Some of the best things in a town are shut for months: a house museum that opens for the summer, a mountain hut, a seasonal lido. Our opening-hours pages assumed everywhere was open all year, so they answered "closed today" when the honest answer was "closed until June". They now carry the season a venue has actually announced, say when it opens again, and — once the announced dates run out — say plainly that next year's dates are not published yet rather than guessing. The same change made these pages show what a venue says about step-free access, which was in our records but never on the page.

Everything else we show for Moshi is read at about 850 m; this is for the guides and porters who sleep at 4,000 m and higher, where the town's weather says nothing useful. It is a forecast model, not a judgement about whether to go up.
Tap your ward when the power goes off and see whether neighbours in the same ward are reporting it too — so you can tell a fault in your own house from one across the area. Reports clear themselves after a few hours. TANESCO's toll-free 180 is on the page, because the board tells your neighbours, not the utility.
The FAQ still carried a May reading — about 3,800 cards and 66 benefits. The city's own counter said 3,924 cards and 64 benefits on 29 July 2026, and the page now says that.
Every one of the 64 discounts the free residents' card carries, grouped by category and split between town and region, each with the business's own conditions and address. Beside every one there is a box for how often you would use it, and the page adds up what a year of the card would be worth to you — on your numbers, in your browser, nothing saved or sent. As of 29 July the city had issued 3,924 cards to a town of 12,797.
A review pass over Dilijan's tools turned up four things that were wrong or out of date. The road-weather page still pointed at 911 for emergencies on the M4. Since 15 February 2026, 112 is Armenia's single number for police and rescue; 911 redirects for now but is being phased out. The contacts page and the newcomer FAQ already said 112, so the road page was contradicting them. The rent calculator asked for a monthly income into a box that expects a yearly one. Anyone who followed the instruction would have seen a rent figure twelve times too small. The wording now says yearly, and the starting figure is shown as what it is: twelve months at Armenia's 2025 average wage. Both the contacts page and the FAQ said ENA publishes its outage lists in Armenian only. It does not — the same street-by-street list is on ena.am in English and Russian as well, with a separate tab for unplanned breakdowns. The links now go to a page you can read, though the warning that it sometimes will not load at all stays, because that part is still true. And the town page now pins the power board alongside water, the road weather and getting here.
