The dates below are gathered from the Pueblo, the fiesta organizers, taos.org and the County Chamber into one place, in the order they come around. Taos Pueblo feast days are open to the public, but every one of them prohibits photography, video and any recording — phones, cameras and drones included — and the Pueblo also closes to visitors entirely for about ten weeks in late winter and early spring. San Geronimo Feast Day
The Pueblo's largest annual feast — vespers and a sundown dance on the 29th, then the pole climb and foot races on the 30th, with a trade fair. Open to the public.

A free regional fiber market — Churro wool, Rio Grande weaving, juried fiber artists, and the Fiber Critter Corner of sheep, alpacas and angora rabbits, with spinning, dyeing and shearing demonstrations. Four hundred years of a living craft economy, not a reenactment.

An evening when the historic gallery street glows with farolitos and bonfires and the galleries open their doors — paired most years with the Plaza tree lighting. The exact evening is set each year.

After dark on Christmas Eve, the Procession of the Virgin moves through the Pueblo by the light of tall bonfires (luminarias). Open to the public.

Every June, parishioners re-mud the 1816 adobe church by hand — the community work that keeps it standing, painted by O'Keeffe and photographed by Adams. It is community labor, not a show; newcomers who pitch in are how people meet the parish.
