The regulator's list says the most a home without a meter can be billed. Whether bills keep to it is something only the people holding them can say. Add what you were billed and it joins everyone else's, feeder by feeder. Nothing but the feeder, the month and the kWh is asked.
What this is, and is not
Every figure here is what a resident said their own bill was. Nobody checks a report before it counts. A bill under the cap is not thereby correct, and a bill over it is not proof against anyone — it is a reason to take the bill to the contacts on the cap checker.
What residents were billed
No one has reported a bill yet. When several residents on the same feeder have, the counts appear here.
Add your bill
Pick your feeder and the month on the bill, and type the kWh printed on it. Nothing else is asked: no name, no address, no meter number.
Sign in to add your bill. Reading the board needs no account.
One report per person for each feeder and month; adding it again replaces your figure, and you can remove it. Counts appear once 3 residents agree on a feeder and month.
If your bill is over the cap
Write down the month, the kWh billed, your feeder, your account number and the date you received the bill, and keep the paper. Take it to MainPower's district office in Nsukka and, if it is not put right, send the same to EERC's consumer complaints desk (ccrd@eerc.en.gov.ng, 07072051569, Monday to Friday 8:00 to 17:00).
