Border and migration police for the county, including the Kakavijë crossing into Greece.

The regional hospital for the county. It publishes no switchboard number — for an ambulance dial 127, and for anything else the address and website below are what is officially published.
Bashkia Gjirokastër — information and complaints
The municipality publishes no general switchboard. This is its designated contact for information requests and complaints, currently the coordinator Anxhela Rapa. Answers are due within 10 working days.
