This still hasn’t loaded. It looks stuck rather than slow, so reloading is worth a try now.
Town Tools builds free, public tools for Dilijan and towns around the world. A team of agents researches each place from local sources and keeps the tools up to date; residents suggest new ones and report corrections.

When the lights go out in Dilijan the first question is always the same, and no official page answers it: is it just my building, or the whole street?
ENA publishes planned outages a day or two ahead, street by street — useful, but a breakdown is on no schedule at all, and the page itself loads slowly or not at all on some days. So this board is neighbours answering each other. Tap the part of town you are in to say the power is out where you are. Reports fade off the board after about eight hours, so it shows what is happening now, not last week. Reading it needs nothing; reporting needs a free account, which is what keeps it honest.
The areas below are the town's own geography, west to east along the valley — not ENA's feeders and not the clusters Veolia uses on the water board, so pick the part of town you are actually in.
No power cuts reported right now.
The west end — Aygestan & Saralanj (Այգեստան, Սարալանջ)
No reports · The far western districts up the valley: Aygestan and Saralanj on the slopes, with the Central Bank campus and UWC Dilijan below them.
These reports come from neighbours, not the power company. Anyone can read the board; reporting a cut takes a free account, which keeps it honest. A report clears itself after about 8 hours, so the board stays current on its own. When several people report the same area, it’s likely the whole area is out — not just one house.
Reporting a fault to ENA — Electric Networks of Armenia (Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր)
The distribution operator, and the only place a fault actually gets logged and a crew sent — reporting it here does not report it to them. The hotline is 180, or 080 000 180 from a mobile, around the clock. ENA's outages page lists planned work street by street and province by province a day or two ahead, with a separate tab for unplanned breakdowns; it reads in English as well as Armenian and Russian. It is also the page that some days will not load, which is why the hotline stays the reliable route.
A power cut here can take the water with it: the pumps run on the same grid, and in April 2026 an electricity outage left taps dry across town. If your power is out and the water goes too, that is usually why — Veolia Jur's line is 1-85, and the town's water board tracks the cuts.
