How this works
The distribution operator, and the only place a fault actually gets logged and a crew sent — reporting it here does not report it to them. The hotline is 180, or 080 000 180 from a mobile, around the clock. ENA's outages page lists planned work street by street and province by province a day or two ahead, with a separate tab for unplanned breakdowns; it reads in English as well as Armenian and Russian. It is also the page that some days will not load, which is why the hotline stays the reliable route.
A power cut here can take the water with it: the pumps run on the same grid, and in April 2026 an electricity outage left taps dry across town. If your power is out and the water goes too, that is usually why — Veolia Jur's line is 1-85, and the town's water board tracks the cuts.
