The water operator. Call 1-85 to report a cut, a burst or dirty water. Outage notices (Armenian only) are on veolia.am and the VeoliaJur Telegram channel.

Power cuts. Hotline 180, or 080 000 180. Planned outages are listed street by street, in Armenian, on ena.am — the page loads slowly or not at all some days, so the hotline is the reliable route.

The town's hospital — many locals still call it Dilijan Medical Center. Reopened after renovation in 2019.
