Many municipal utilities give each registered person a monthly allowance and charge double above it, so the rate a household pays depends on its size. The estimator now scales its rate bands by the number of people, shows the resulting bands as a table, and handles utilities that meter once and bill sewerage on the same volume.
Enter your monthly cubic metres and how many people are registered at your address, and it works out the bill at the proposed rates — including the 5.8 m³ per-person norm and the doubled rate above it. It shows what households pay now for comparison, and states plainly that the decision is still an unnumbered draft.
Scheduled outage queues have not been applied here for weeks, and a fault outage was never on any schedule. Tap your part of town — Центр, Дора, Ямна, Багривець or Микуличин — to tell neighbours the power is off. Reports fade after eight hours. Prykarpattiaoblenergo's free line, 0 800 50 40 20, is still the only place a fault gets logged.
border-transit is for towns whose ordinary journeys cross a national border, where two ticketing systems meet in the middle and the document rules move; it always states the border-check situation, including when the answer is that there are none. circulation-plan is for a town centre cut into loops off a ring road, and can now answer whether you may drive into a given street at all. Departures boards can also read iRail, the open feed over Belgium's railway, which brings live platform changes to the platform for the first time.
Pick where you are going and it gives you the car park to aim for. Then type your street and it tells you whether you may drive in, whether you may park, and when — 98 streets across the pedestrian zone, the no-entry streets and the autoluwe zone, copied from the city's own lists. The cameras have been on since 2020 and each zone you enter without access is a separate €58 fine. Also, plainly: Leuven has no low-emission zone.
The next departures straight from the NMBS/SNCB board, including the platform currently posted and a marker when it has been moved. It carries the thing that catches every newcomer: almost no train to Brussels says Brussels on it — they show Oostende, De Panne, Charleroi — so you read the time and the platform instead.
Caste, community, income, nativity and possession certificates: the papers each one asks for, which office it goes to, what it should cost, and the time limit the state gazetted for it. It also sets out the right of appeal, which is rarely mentioned at the counter — including that the law changed in November 2025 and the second-appeal window is now thirty days, not sixty.
Pick whether you are driving up, bringing a tour bus, on a service bus, or living here, and see only the rules that apply to you. Every item carries the date it was announced, and where the reporting disagrees with itself — the two one-way schemes, the two lists of check posts — the page says so instead of choosing one. The entry fee is still only a proposal, and no rate has been fixed.
Nothing has been published about the road past the CSI church since 9 July, so this is drivers and residents telling each other. Tap a stretch — the Adimali climb, Gap Road, the town centre, the Marayoor ghat — to say whether it is clear, slow or blocked. Reports fade after six hours, and the District Collector remains the authority on any closure.
Towns whose electricity comes from one big reservoir can now show its published level, how that compares with the same day a year ago, and where it sits in the range the turbines run on — reading the operating authority's own weekly figures, with the authority named and linked. The property-tax estimator also learned about credits that are struck from the bill rather than from the taxed value, which is how Arkansas's homestead credit works and why it is worth the same to every owner-occupier whatever their house is worth.
Nobody publishes whether a downtown lot is full, so this is a board residents fill in: if you're signed in, tap a lot and say whether it has spaces, is filling up, or is full. Reports drop off after a few hours on their own. It reads alongside How Busy Is It? and Where to Park — the forecast, what people found just now, and where to leave the car. On a festival Saturday the park-and-ride and the trolley are still the reliable answer.
Enter what your home is worth and it estimates the Carroll County bill, showing the school, city and county parts separately — the official state millage for 2026 collections, applied to the 20% of value Arkansas actually taxes. It also puts the Amendment 79 homestead credit and the age-65 assessment freeze in front of you, because both are worth real money and both have to be claimed at the assessor's office. Neither is applied automatically.
Put in what you can store, how many people are in the house and how carefully you are using it, and it works out how many days that water lasts and what a day's ration looks like. The per-person figures are the published Sphere and WHO ones, and the arithmetic happens in your browser — nothing you type is sent anywhere or saved.
Load shedding is decided by how much water is in Lake Kariba, and the Zambezi River Authority publishes that level every week — including what it was on the same day a year ago. The new page reads it directly: today Kariba holds about twice the usable water it did this time last year. It shows where the level sits in the range the turbines can run on, and it says plainly what it is not — a lake level is not a shedding schedule, and only ZETDC can tell you about your own street.
River forecasts read the Rhineland-Palatinate flood service's own forecast bands, so a river town can see what the water will do rather than only what it is doing. Rail noise reads the Eisenbahn-Bundesamt's permanent measuring stations — freight-train counts and night noise levels, measured rather than estimated. The septic-tank planner works out the tank size a household needs from the official method, and is built for the many towns where most homes are not on a sewer. The electricity-subsidy checker also learned to let a household pick its own tariff, which makes it usable in every Mexican town rather than only the ones whose tariff is published.
When Will My Street Be Plowed? said the clearing windows extend after a heavy snowfall without saying by how much. It now states the City's actual rule — a further 24 hours for every 8 cm beyond the 20 cm that triggers the declaration — with a worked example. The rest of the standard was re-checked against the City's page and is unchanged.
Finding a Family Doctor said the Urgent and Primary Care Centre took walk-ins only between 4 and 8 p.m. on weekdays. Northern Health now opens it to walk-ins from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on weekdays and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at weekends and on holidays, so the page was closing a door that was open for eight hours of every weekday. Its phone number, 250-645-6900, was missing and has been added.
Active fires around the city, nearest first, with each one's stage of control and size, read from the national fire map. It also carries the things that are easy to miss until you need them: registering for evacuation alerts through the Regional District, why the alerting authority changes depending on which side of the Cariboo boundary a fire sits, and the number to call if you can see a fire nobody is working on. Smoke is a separate question — the Air Check page answers that one.
There is a new kind of tool, and it works for any town in the United States. EPA keeps a compliance record for every public water system in the country: how many people it serves, whether any drinking-water rule has been broken in the last three years, whether any of those were health-based rather than paperwork, whether lead or copper went over the action level, and when the state last inspected the plant. It is public and it is free, but it lives in a federal database that is not built for someone standing in their kitchen wondering about the tap. The new tool reads it live and says it in plain words, alongside the neighbouring systems — because the system that serves you is the one on your water bill, not the town line on your address. It is careful about what it is not. The record is a regulatory ledger, not a reading of what is in your tap this morning. States report to EPA quarterly, so it lags. It carries no boil-water notices, no pressure loss, no discoloured water. And sewer overflows are a separate federal programme, which matters in towns paying for a sewer decree. Where the record is unreachable or empty, the page says so rather than showing an all-clear. First live in Fort Smith, Arkansas, paired with a neighbour-reporting board for the question the ledger cannot answer: is the water off right now, and is it just my house?
Two new tools, both about the thing Fort Smith complains about most. **Your Drinking Water on the Record** reads EPA's compliance database live for Fort Smith Water Utilities and six neighbouring systems. Right now it shows no drinking-water violations on record for the city system in the last three years, 86,209 people served, and a state inspection in February 2026. It also says plainly what that record is not: it lags by a quarter or more, it carries no boil-water notices, no pressure or taste or colour problems, and the sewer overflows behind the consent decree are a different federal programme entirely. A clean drinking-water record and an expensive sewer decree are both true here, and now you can see both. **Water Watch** is the other half. Nobody publishes Fort Smith water outages in real time, so this one is neighbours: sign in, tap your part of town, and say the water is off or wrong where you are. Reports fade after eight hours, and when several people in one area report at once the board says so — which is the answer to "is it just my house?". It is not an official channel. Real problems still need the 24-hour utility line, 479-784-2342, and the page says so.
The bin-day service we read relays each council's own data, and sometimes that data still describes a container the way it worked last year. A town's page can now carry the council's current label and contents for a container, with the source cited, so the page and the reminder email both say what actually goes in it today. Towns can also limit reminders to the times that suit their own rules.
Tidal towns have a gauge that measures the sea rather than a river, and our reader was skipping it — so the one gauge that matters most in a surge town looked silent. It now reads those gauges too, shows the measured level, and says honestly when a gauge has no published typical range to judge that level against instead of pretending there was no reading.
Yellow, orange and red warnings from Veðurstofa Íslands for the region, in the Met Office's own words, with the wind at the head of the fjord beside them. It is worth reading next to the road page: a wind or snow warning is usually why Öxnadalsheiði or Víkurskarð shuts, and the warning normally comes first. The same feed now serves every Icelandic town on the platform.
The flight team decides at 6am and 6pm at Ashton Court and posts the call minutes later, so nobody knows in advance — including us. What the page does is show the forecast wind at the launch field against the eight-knot figure the CAA publishes for mass take-offs, point at the channels where the real call appears, and cover what doesn't depend on weather: parking that must be booked ahead, the bus that doesn't run on Sunday, and the free places to watch from.
Check whether an address is inside the zone, work out whether your vehicle is charged and what a week of driving in would cost, and see what is left of the exemptions. All ten of the exemptions Bristol created when the zone opened have expired — a blue badge no longer exempts anyone, while the disabled tax class on the V5C still does, automatically. We can't check a number plate here and the page says why; the official checker does that in seconds.
Any Environment Agency warning in force around the city, plus live levels at six gauges — including the Avonmouth tide gauge, because Bristol's flood risk comes up the river on a surge, not down it on the rain. The page shows each measured level and says where it has no published typical range to judge it against.
Type your postcode, pick your address, and it reads the council's own service: the black bin every two weeks, recycling and food waste every week. It shows the council's current container contents rather than the out-of-date labels in the data feed — paper left the black box on 28 May. You can add an email reminder for the evening before, which is the only useful time here, because containers have to be out before 6am.
Bristol joins with four tools built from its own research: a bin-day lookup for your actual address, a flood watch that leads with the tide rather than the rain, a Clean Air Zone checker that says plainly which exemptions still exist, and — with the Fiesta two weeks away — an honest page about whether the mass ascents will fly. More is in the backlog, starting with a residents' parking permit calculator and a monthly cost total.
The town page now opens with a drawing of the cathedral's twin sandstone towers above the red-tiled rooftops, seen across the trees of Lundagård with the Scanian plain running flat to the horizon behind.
The town page now opens with a drawing of the late-Gothic town hall and its tiers of statue niches, seen across the cobbles of the Grote Markt with bicycles parked along the far side.
Who to Call listed Fishermen's Memorial in Lunenburg as "Emergency department open daily 7:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m." That is the posted schedule, but on a lot of days it isn't true — the hours get cut at short notice, and a flat line like that could send someone to a closed door. The health section now says plainly that the hours change, and points at the new "Is the ER Open?" page for today's answer. South Shore Regional in Bridgewater has gained its address and phone number, which it was missing, and virtual urgent care has been added — it runs at the Lunenburg hospital daily, walk-in, even when the emergency department is closed.
The nearest emergency room is at Fishermen's Memorial in Lunenburg, about ten minutes away. Its posted hours are 7:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. every day — but those hours are often cut back, or the department closes for several days, and the change is announced only on Nova Scotia Health's provincial notice board. On the day this went live the board said the department was closing at noon. So the new tool reads that board every fifteen minutes and holds it against the posted hours. If there is a notice for Lunenburg, the notice is what you see at the top of the page, in Nova Scotia Health's own words, and the timetable moves below it. If the board can't be reached, the page says so rather than showing a reassuring green. It also carries the things you need when the answer is no: the 24-hour emergency department at South Shore Regional in Bridgewater, about twenty minutes on; virtual urgent care, which runs at the Lunenburg hospital every day from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. even when the emergency department is shut; and 811. In a medical emergency, call 911 — don't drive to a department that might be closed.
A tool that reads a live source — bus departures, road conditions, water levels — used to hold the whole page back until that source answered, which on a slow day could take many seconds. Now the page appears right away with its title, description and the way back to your town, and the live section fills in as soon as its data arrives. Loading announcements for screen readers now also speak your town's language.
The new resident-parking kind answers two questions together: whether an address falls inside a residents' parking zone (geocoded and tested against the town's own openly-licensed zone polygons, on demand and never logged), and what the permit costs under the town's published formula, computed step by step against the authority's own worked example. Departure boards on the EFA provider now also show the service notices the network attaches to the lines calling at each stop — moved stops and closures, above the times — with notices whose own title names a past year filtered out, because networks leave old ones attached. price-watch gained German chrome.
Zehn Recherche-Dokumente liegen dahinter. Was fehlt, können Sie vorschlagen.
Leuven has had research and registered tools since early this morning, but two of them referenced code that had never been merged, so the town sat waiting. Both are built now, and Leuven opens with four tools: a live train board, a guide to driving into a centre that is genuinely hard to drive into, the Ecowerf bin sorter, and the newcomer contacts.
Which train actually goes all the way to Copenhagen, which ticket covers a journey that changes country halfway, and what to carry: Sweden is running document checks at Hyllie until at least 11 November. Also the Metro catch — included on a single, not on a 30-day pass — and the government subsidy halving 30-day passes until the end of the year.
Both official housing windows for autumn 2026 have already closed, so the guide leads with what is still open — BoPoolen, LKF's free queue, late applications — and with BoPoolen's own six warning signs for rental scams, quoted. Then the personal number, the right to a basic bank account, the doctor, the bus, and how to buy a bicycle without accidentally buying a stolen one. Arrival Day is Tuesday 18 August.
