Five Park & Ride sites ring Cambridge, and the buses from them run into the middle every few minutes. This page shows where those buses actually are right now, from the Department for Transport's live feed — useful when you're standing at the site wondering whether to walk to the shelter yet, or in town deciding whether you've time for one more errand.
Parking is free for up to 18 hours at all five sites. Since 22 February 2026 the fares are £4.50 for an adult return and £3.80 for a short hop return, and up to four children aged 5–15 travel for £1 each with a paying adult (under-5s free). One thing that catches people out: a ticket is only valid at the site you bought it at — you can't use a Trumpington ticket at Milton.
