Belleville Transit runs ten routes across the city from the downtown terminal on Pinnacle St. This page answers the questions people actually ask — what a ride costs, where to buy a pass outside office hours, and when the buses don’t run.

City Hall
The only place to buy senior, youth and high-school (concession) passes — bring ID or proof of age.
Quinte Sports & Wellness Centre
The counter to use when City Hall is closed.
Ten routes — 1, 2, 3, 4, 5A, 5B, 6, 7, 8 and a Night Route — run seven days a week from the Pinnacle St. terminal.

One late-evening trip: Walmart → the Bayview Mall/College St. area → the terminal → Loyalist College.
On weekdays and Saturdays it leaves Walmart at 11:30 p.m. and the terminal at 11:56 p.m., reaching Loyalist College around 12:12 a.m. On Sundays everything runs one hour earlier (10:30, 10:56 and 11:12 p.m.).
Quinte Transit — Trenton, Picton and Brighton
Quinte Transit — a separate system from Belleville Transit — connects Trenton, Picton and Brighton with the Belleville terminal and Loyalist College, timed for easy transfers.
Trains and coaches
VIA Rail trains leave from the station at 250 Station St., Belleville. Megabus and FlixBus also stop in Belleville.
Fares and schedules change — the operator’s own pages and phone line are the last word.
Adult tickets and passes: retail sellers
Sold around town at Friends Variety (150 Sidney St.), Shoppers Drug Mart (405 Dundas St. E, 290 North Front St. — Quinte Mall, and 150 Sidney St.), Giant Tiger (264 Millennium Pkwy and 1161 Bridge St. W), Geens Pharmasave (305 North Front St. #13), Canadian Drug Mart (59 Dundas St. E #2), Sidney Variety (31 Wilkins St.) and Shell (455 Dundas St. W). Adult fares only — concession passes are City Hall only.
