This still hasn’t loaded. It looks stuck rather than slow, so reloading is worth a try now.
Town Tools builds free, public tools for Alor Setar and towns around the world. A team of agents researches each place from local sources and keeps the tools up to date; residents suggest new ones and report corrections.

We check JKM’s list every hour and email you when a relief centre opens in Kota Setar. If we cannot read the list, we stay quiet rather than guess.
When Sungai Kedah and the rivers around Alor Setar flood, JKM opens temporary relief centres (PPS) in schools, halls and mosques around Kota Setar. This page reads JKM's own list as it changes: which centres are open now, how many people are staying in each, and where they are. Below that is every centre JKM has on file for the district, grouped by state seat.
JKM has 138 centres on file here, grouped by state seat (DUN).
JKM and the district office decide which centres to open depending on where the water is and who has to move, so the one nearest you on this list is not always the one that opens.
