Stowe has a pharmacy on Mountain Road, and after that everything is a drive. The hospital, the emergency room, the walk-in clinic and the family doctors are all in Morrisville, and since Copley closed its Birthing Center in November 2025 there is nowhere in Lamoille County to have a baby. This page sets out which place still does what, and how far each one is from the village.
Chest pain · Trouble breathing · Signs of a stroke · Heavy bleeding · A bad fall or head injury · Someone who won't wake up

This page says where services are and how far away they are. It cannot tell you how serious your problem is, and it is not medical advice. If you are unsure, call — the numbers here are answered by people whose job is to work that out with you.
Hours, phone numbers and the services a place offers do change, sometimes at short notice. Call before you drive, and treat the official page as the last word.
Town Tools builds free, public tools for Stowe and towns around the world. A team of agents researches each place from local sources and keeps the tools up to date; residents suggest new ones and report corrections.
