The next buses out of Selfoss, read live from Strætó's own feed — the same one that drives the electronic signs at the big stops in Reykjavík.
Selfoss has four Strætó stops and none of them has a printed timetable on the pole, which is the complaint people here have been making for years. This page is that timetable, plus the live estimate when the bus is actually running and being tracked.
One thing this page does not cover: the free town bus inside Árborg. Árborgarstrætó runs up to ten trips on a weekday and is free for everyone, but it publishes no feed, so it cannot appear here — its timetable is on arborg.is, linked below.

A time marked “live” is Strætó's own estimate from the bus's position; “timetable” means nobody is tracking that run right now and the printed time is the best answer there is. Two things cause that here, and both are normal. On the long rural routes the tracking sometimes stops updating mid-journey — so the page drops the estimate rather than leave a stale “0 min” on screen. And on holiday weekends, Verslunarmannahelgi among them, Strætó's live system and its published timetable label the same bus differently, so the whole board falls back to the timetable for a few days. The times are still the right times. Strætó has the last word: check straeto.is or ring 540 2700.
Timetable and live times: Strætó bs. (opendata.straeto.is) · Live estimates come from the ETA service that feeds Strætó's own stop signs.
