The page told you to find the trash-day map from the Solid Waste page. It now links the map itself, which covers 45,269 addresses — one tap instead of three.

South Bend Water Works has to keep a record of what every water service line in the city is made of. This reads it live: the part under the street and the part on your property, shown separately, with how the city knows. For 70% of addresses nobody has established the material yet, and the page says what that means and what you can do about it — including the five-minute survey that turns an unknown into an answer, and the free lead test of your tap water.

Every Transpo fare re-checked against the operator's own page and unchanged; the holiday note no longer points at Memorial Day and the Fourth of July, which have both been and gone, and names the closures still to come instead. On Who to Call, every number was dialled back through its source and all of them still stand.

Recycling in South Bend is not the city's — the St. Joseph County Solid Waste Management District runs it and Borden Waste-Away collects it, every other week, in one 96-gallon cart, on a schedule that is not your trash day. The page said nothing about it before, which left people to guess. It now carries the rules and both numbers to call.

Notre Dame and NBC published all six times in May: Rice, Stanford and Boston College kick at 3:30 pm, Michigan State, Miami and SMU at 7:30 pm. That is the fact that decides which half of your Saturday disappears, so it is now on every date, and the advice follows the kickoff rather than the calendar. The Wisconsin and Navy games are away from campus this year and are named as such.

The city surveyed every block of every city street in the summer of 2025 and scored it out of 100. Search your street to see what the survey said about your block, what it recommends, and how that compares with the rest of South Bend. Potholes still go to 311 — the page has the number.
