Šiaulių energija publishes the price of heat in cents per kilowatt-hour and nobody is billed that way, so the heating tool does the arithmetic in between: put in the size of your flat and see what it should come to, and what January's VAT rise from 9% to 21% added. It also shows the city and district rates side by side — in July the district pays 45% more. The water tool does the same for the tariff that took effect on 1 July.
