Narva's pages are open with three tools, led by the two things that cost households here the most: the district heating price, and the border. The heating tool takes the megawatt-hours off your own bill and shows what the May 2026 change to €137.69/MWh costs you a month and a year, with the Competition Authority's decision and the cheaper contract that starts by December 2028 stated beside it. The border page carries only what the Police and Border Guard Board publishes — on foot, 07:00 to 19:00, no vehicles — because travel pages elsewhere contradict them. The third is the Health Board's bathing-water grade for each of the four places people here actually swim.
