Weather warnings, rain above town and the pass and road reports board now sit at the top. Snow on the Passes moves down to the list until the season turns.

The district's Important Contact Details page lists SNM Hospital as 01982-252014; the number the tool carried, 252012, reaches the Chief Medical Officer's office. Both are now listed under the right names, the round-the-clock District Control Room (01982-257416) and the Police Control Room have been added, and the PHE entry no longer mixes one engineer's phone with another's email.

Leh's floods are made upstream: on 5–6 August 2010 the town gauge read 12.8 mm while debris flows destroyed Choglamsar. The new page reads the weather model at the head of the Sabu and Leh catchments and at the two places their water arrives, with the words set to Leh's own scale rather than a monsoon town's. It is not a flood warning, and it says so.

A new collaboration tool lets signed-in residents and travellers report whether Zoji La, Khardung La, Chang La and the Srinagar and Manali highways are clear, slow going or blocked right now — the one question the town's other road tools (a seasonal calendar and a snow forecast) deliberately don't answer. Reports age out on their own and the district administration and BRO stay the authoritative source alongside them.

Leh goes live with live weather warnings for the district (IMD, the disaster authorities and DGRE avalanche alerts via SACHET), a summit-level snow forecast for Khardung La, Chang La and the highway passes, the seasonal calendar for the roads in and out, an arrival planner with the district's own acclimatisation advice, a who-to-call directory from the administration's pages, and a month-by-month guide to the flights-only winter and the June peak.
