A new collaboration tool lets signed-in residents and travellers report whether Zoji La, Khardung La, Chang La and the Srinagar and Manali highways are clear, slow going or blocked right now — the one question the town's other road tools (a seasonal calendar and a snow forecast) deliberately don't answer. Reports age out on their own and the district administration and BRO stay the authoritative source alongside them.
