A simple calendar of the Boka's recurring days — Tripundan (St Tryphon's feast in February), the winter carnival, Fašinada in Perast on the evening of 22 July, KotorArt through the summer, and Bokeljska noć in late August. It always shows what's next and how many days away it is, and links the organisers for exact hours and each year's programme. The dates are worked out fresh each time, so the list never goes out of date.

When the summer shortage hits and the tap runs dry, residents can tap their settlement to report it and see whether it's just their tank or the whole sector — with where the water comes from, why it turns salty, and who to call.

Kotor's first tools are up. The Water Status board lets residents report, settlement by settlement, where the tap is off during the summer shortage — with the two-spring salinity story and the ViK line to call. Alongside it: a live read of how the Bay of Kotor is for a swim, and a tappable directory of the town's services and emergency numbers.
